Welcome to Peak Outdoors
We run small-group activities and supported outings that help people practice talking with others, working in teams, and making friends. Activities include simple group games, cooperative tasks, and supported trips (including travel training). Sessions follow each person’s goals and we track progress so skills can be used in everyday life.
We teach practical skills people can use every day—like getting to places, preparing for camps, and managing routines. Support starts with hands-on help and gradually gives people more independence. Everything is based on the participant’s goals and practiced in real settings so skills stick.
Through guided outdoor challenges and problem-solving tasks, we support people to become more confident, persistent, and adaptable. Activities are paced to each person, include time to reflect on progress, and slowly increase challenge so participants learn to cope with setbacks and try new things.

Individual support designed around the person’s goals. We work at your pace—out in the community, at parks, or on outdoor trips—to build confidence and everyday skills. We review progress regularly and adjust the plan as needed.
Small, friendly groups where people practice social skills, teamwork and new activities. Sessions are guided, safe and focused on each person’s goals, with plenty of chances to try things, make friends and build confidence. These supports usually happen on full‑day trips or multi‑day camps.
Fun, supervised camps during school breaks that combine outdoor activities with real-life skill building. Designed for all abilities, camps focus on teamwork, independence and confidence—typically running as full-day or multi-day programs with trained staff and clear support plans.
Looking for something else? We create custom experiences based on each person’s interests and goals. Together we plan activities, supports and pacing to match where you’re at—whether a short outing or a multi‑day trip—so every experience is safe, enjoyable and meaningful.
Please reach us at info@peakoutdoors.com.au if you cannot find an answer to your question.
We work with teenagers and adults of all ages and abilities. Programs are adapted to each person’s needs and interests.
Absolutely — supports are tailored to ability and paced to build confidence.
We help people access local parks, community venues, beaches, lakes and Victoria’s national parks. Short visits are usually local; full‑day and multi‑day trips let us explore more of Victoria’s stunning locations. We choose places together when planning supports so they match the help needed and the goals or skills being worked on, and we provide hands‑on assistance so people can enjoy the outdoors whether they need physical support, mental‑health support, or both.
All staff hold current first‑aid certification, specialised outdoor qualifications, and relevant background checks. We prioritize experienced, supportive workers who can deliver safe, person‑centred programs.

We’ll arrange a relaxed, no‑pressure meeting—either in person or online—so we can learn about preferences, strengths and support needs. It’s a chance to ask questions and see if we’re a good fit.
We’ll create a personalised support plan and begin sessions—one‑to‑one or in plan a camp in a small group—at a pace that suits you. We’ll check in regularly, celebrate progress, and adjust the plan with you as needed.
